Just imagine running under a forest canopy away from barking dogs, speeding cars and concrete canyons.  Be encouraged by more than 50 volunteers along the way and turn in a great time on our USA Track & Field 5K certified course or take the long way around for an 8K run.

Runners will be chipped timed.  Walkers can enjoy a 5K course separate from the runners (walkers are not timed)

Each participant will receive a standard cotton event tee shirt, included with their entry.
Please Note: Register before October 1st to guarantee your tee shirt.

Parking is very limited, please make the day even more green and plan a ride-sharing caravan with your friends!

7:00 AM: Check in begins for day of and online registrants.
7:50 AM: ENTRANCE ROAD TO NORTHWEST TREK CLOSES
8:30 AM: 5K/8K Races begin.
10:30 AM: Awards and Prize Drawings (must be present to win)

PACKET PICK UP:
Beat the day of race crowd and pick up your race number and tee shirt October 7th at Fleet Feet Bonney Lake from noon to 7 pm. Fleet Feet is located at 19685 State Route 410 East, Bonney Lake, WA.

$30.00 registration before noon on October 6th
$40.00 Day of Race

*There are no refunds. Entry is not transferable.

Prohibitions:
No strollers, in-line skates, bicycles or pets are permitted.

Age divisions:
5K & 8K
14 & under, 15 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, and 70+
