Core With Kris

You wouldn't build a house without laying a solid foundation first; so it is with core conditioning. Please join Route 16 staffer and core guru Kris Tebb for a fantastic yet gentle workout that will build strength, restore symmetry, improve posture, and relieve back pain (and you might just lose a few jean sizes to boot!). Whether you're just of the couch, side-lined with injury, or looking for a new PR this class will boost your strength, improve your speed, and help you to run and walk injury free! Kris has worked with local physical therapists to design this class. Please bring a mat.
